About the Coach
Meet Kyle Harvey.
Four years of college baseball, a stop with the Savannah Bananas, and now coaching out of Sawtooth Sports in Middleton.
Bio
Built on the Game.
Kyle's path through the game runs from Southridge High School in Kennewick, Washington, to two seasons at Yakima Valley Community College, then on to Georgia Gwinnett College, where he started at infield for two seasons under longtime college coach Jeremy Sheetinger and helped the program reach its first national championship appearance in 2021.
After college, Kyle played for the Savannah Bananas, the showcase organization known for blending elite competition with a feel for the game most teams have lost.
Today, Kyle runs lessons out of Sawtooth Sports in the Treasure Valley, working with players from Middleton, Meridian, Boise, Eagle, Nampa, and the surrounding area. Year-round availability means training doesn't pause when the weather does. Players can hold a real schedule of work whether they're prepping for tryouts in February or sharpening up mid-summer.
Lessons aren't drill catalogs. Each session targets the one or two adjustments that'll actually move the needle: clean mechanics in the box, repeatable footwork in the field, and the mental tools to take both into a game where the speed jumps. Players leave with something specific to work on between sessions, because that's how progress compounds.
